While our team strives to provide highly accurate, compliant filings, the final decision on all applications rests solely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or provincial authorities. We do not guarantee visa approvals or specific processing timelines.

3. Applicable Jurisdiction

These terms and all legal relationships with our advisory are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively within the competent courts of Toronto, Ontario.
